Returns

To request a return, you must contact us first. Returns are not accepted automatically. Once you contact us, our team will review your request on a case-by-case basis and provide instructions depending on the situation.

Eligibility for Return Review

We may consider a return in the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The product does not match the description

  • A mistake was made in fulfilling the order

For hygiene or custom-made items, returns may not be possible.

Process

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue (photos if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and inform you of the next steps.

  4. If a return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.

Refunds

If your return is accepted and the product is received back in its original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is approved due to our error.
